About Shelley

Originally born in sunny San Diego, a Californian native, I moved up to the Pacific
Northwest and settled in the Seattle area...In 1988 a life change prompted me to relocate;
I came "home" to North Carolina. As a lover of mountains and water North Carolina has
stolen my heart ever since!

As a real estate professional my goal is helping others experience a better life using my
past experience in real estate settlement and mortgage loan closing, residential appraisal
valuation, staging, interior design and organization.

My specialty is rural residential real estate. From rural communities to large acreage lots
and estate properties. I also am experienced in home renovations and new construction process.

As a 5 star agent my aim is to be a great listener, a good problem solver, a knowledgeable
professional and a trusted real estate partner for both Buyers and Sellers.
